Love Letters to My Body

Welcome to a life full of gratitude and appreciation for …YOUR BODY.

We all know gratitude is good for your body, mind and soul, but we don’t always know where to start, especially when it comes to honoring our physical self. This journal will help you say “thank you” to your body and everything it does for you, day in and day out.

I know finding nice things to say about our bodies can be difficult, which is why I’ve included prompts, quotes and even a few coloring pages, all designed to inspire you to love and appreciate your body.

Most of the pages are designed to be completed quickly, five minutes or less. But there are blank lined pages in the back if you have more to say, and blank unlined pages if you’re inspired to creativity or mad doodling.

Start at the beginning and work your way through the pages chronologically, or jump around and find a page that speaks to you that day.

There’s no wrong way to complete this journal. It’s whatever works for YOU.

Go ahead, fall in love with yourself and your body.
